The Rita Ranch Neighborhood Association is recognized by the City of Tucson. The boundaries are north to Poorman Road, east to Pantano Wash, south to the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks, and west to Pantano Road. We are your voice to the City but are not a Homeowner's Association (HOA) and do not enforce CC&R's or by-laws. Information on your local HOA can be found within the Homeowner Association Directory
